WHY DO CLIENTS HAVE TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN MOP AND VACUUM?

As Local Clean services many different houses we require clients to supply their own mops, buckets and vacuums as to avoid spreading allergens like dust and pet hair from home to home.

DO YOU USE PET SAFE CLEANING PRODUCTS?

YES! We love our fury friends and use eco-friendly cleaning products across our cleans. We will advise you if there is any other cleaning products being used prior to them being used.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

Currently Local Clean is servicing the areas of Maroochydore, Kuluin, Alexandra Headlands, Cotton Tree and Buderim. We will be adding further locations within the Sunshine Coast to the list as we establish.

WILL YOU CLEAN THINGS LIKE INSIDE FRIDGES, CHANGE BEDS AND OVENS?

YES! We will clean anything you wish during your allocated time slot. Please be mindful when selecting your desired time to allow for additional requests on top of your regular clean. However, if some weeks you just want the extras and no regular clean, that is totally ok as well. You are paying for our time, so we will do whatever it is you require. When booking laundry into your clean, please advise our cleaners on the process you require (i.e cleaners are to change linen on beds and leave dirty linen in the washing basket or put on a wash cycle etc).

I’M NOT QUITE SURE HOW LONG I SHOULD BOOK!

Absolutely no problems at all, general rule is the first clean will take the longest however there is a guide to estimated cleaning times which you can check out here. Please look through the list and add up the rough estimates based on the number of rooms and general state your rooms are currently in. We are always here to help as well and will advise on expected time frames upon our first clean.

DO YOU DO ONE OFF CLEANS?

Local Clean is a regular cleaning service and we do not do one off cleans or bond cleans. At Local Clean we want to establish a long term arrangement with our clients and ensure they are always getting the absolute best out of us.
